All projects begin with a written proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and pricing based on the information you provide through our Contact form. Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote and timeline adjustment.

Payments

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or per an agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is settled.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or assets required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may extend the delivery timeline.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, excluding any third-party libraries, plugins, or tools used under their own licenses. Corelar retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Corelar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services, including but not limited to lost revenue or data, except where required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
